Diet day 1…
So, I’m starting SlimGenics today. Breakfast: 2 eggs, cooked any way. I chose hard boiled because it is so much easier in the morning.
Snack: 1/2 and orange in the AM the other 1/2 in the afternoon. I am not the biggest fan of the orange. the skin stuff freaks me out and tastes terrible.
I need to drink this ThermoBoost drink. Flavor berry. It is supposed to give me energy in a nutritional way, perfect for finals!
Lunch and dinner must consist of as much protein and raw greens I can eat. I’m thinking ground turkey with some yummy seasonings and spinach salad with fat free ranch.
I also have to take all these sort of vitamins and pills to help my metabolism and health.
This weird collaboration of foods is only for the first 3 days. a cleanse if you will. and they, SlimGenics, say I should lose some pounds!!!
